      Hello my name is Cynthia Carney. I'm a stay at home mother raising 2 girls. I enjoy sewing and making dresses. I, Cynthia Carney or Taunya Carter personally make each piece you order on Kiddie Cut Outs. Our pieces are quality sewn and made to last. We hand cut each piece. Hems are back stitched to prevent coming undone and side seams are serge stitched so they wont unravel and leave holes.
